Return Policy

All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days, no returns on electrical items or books/videos. Shortages must be reported within 7 business days. Signed invoice must accompany ALL returned items for proper processing. Before we are able to accept returns, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from us.  Refused and undeliverable packages will classify as returned and will also incurr a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping is non-refundable.
